Nearly 5 km from Hue city centre, Thuy Bieu is a hidden gem of untouched nature and culture. Local people eke out a living mainly out of rice cultivating, gardening and handicraft making.

Thuy Bieu is a wonderland of pomelos that possesses a very special taste and fragrance. Locals call it “Thanh Tra” as its flesh is juicy light green.

Thuy Bieu is the cradle of Hue culture. The village is surrounded by a corridor of natural and cultural attractions. To the North, South and West is Perfume River and to the East is a stunning backdrop of low Vong Canh Hill.




08h30: We pick up at your hotel. You start by boat toward Thuy Bieu village.
09h30: From Luong Quan temple, you keep cycling along verdant paths visit local people’s daily life.
10h30: Participate to the farmer activities with the local peoples or the local traditional cooking class.
11h30: Have lunch at Garden House with specialties of Hue. They are made of local materials by skillful hands of women of poetic Hue. Take a rest and inhale the fresh air and the soft perfumes of grapefruits.
13h00: Leave Thuy Bieu village to come back to city. Don’t forget to say thanks to friendly people and skillful women, who gave you an impressive experience in Vietnam Country side. On the way back to Hue City, we stop by in Ho Quyen – Arena of Tigers and Elephants and Voi Re- Screaming Elephants Altar.
16h00 Biking toward the city or overnight in Thuy Bieu homestay.
