TRUC LAM BACH MA ZEN MONASTERY SPIRITUALTOUR

Under Truc Lam Yen Tu meditation sect, Truc Lam Bach Ma is the first zen monastery constructed in Central Vietnam. At the altitude of 1450m and about 5km away from the East sea (skyway), Bach Ma mount is considered as one of ideal climate areas. Its normal temperature is about 19-21 degree. In the middle of Truoi lake appears Truc Lam Bach Ma zen monastery tucked in Bach Ma forest.

About 30 km to the South of Hue city, across Truoi hydroelectricity, visitors then go up a slope to reach Truc Lam Bach Ma zen monastery. On the other side of the lake is Linh Son mount and construction works such as main palace, towers, bell pavilions, etc. Clouds drifting across top of mountains bring visitora peaceful and mysterious feeling.

It takes visitor about 15 minutes to across Truoi lake by boat. There are 172 steps leading to the three-arched-entrances gate of Truc Lam Bach Ma zen monastery. Harmoniously constructed in a complex of Buddhist architecture and Truc Lam Yen Tu zen monastery, Truc Lam Bach Ma features Buddha under the Bodhi Tree in front of the main palace and Patriarch behind the main palace.

08:00 – 08:30: Our car and experienced English speaking guide will pick you up at Chan May Port and you start the trip to go to Hue city. Departure to Truc Lam Bach Ma Zen Monastery –Truoi Lake.

09:00 – 09:30: Take a boat to visit Truc Lam Bach Ma Zen Monastery, watching the green water of the romantic Ho Lake.

Visit the Zen Monastery, lighted the Buddha's relics and blessings for families and relatives. Listen to the monks and nuns introduce the Zen Monastery and guide the method of meditation.

11:00: Cruise to visit Truoi Lake, one of the ecotourism Vung Thung, Ba Trai, Hop Hai.

12:00: Have a lunch and take a rest at the eco-tourism site.

14:00: Have a fun, enjoy the fresh air, bath the stream ... and explore the nature here.

15:00 – 15:30: Take a boat back to Truoi Lake. Finish the trip. Our car will take you back to Chan May Port.

17:00 – 17:30: Arrive in Chan May port. Thank you and say goodbye.
